Returns Process
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Any returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at via our Returns Form. If your return is accepted, we will respond to your request via email with the nearest returns address and any instructions on how to return the item. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. The cost for return will be deducted from the amount refunded to your account once we have received the items.
Return Fee: £6
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately using our Returns Form if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
As we do not accept exchanges the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customer@nei-ldn.com.
Note for customers in Brazil
Due to terms with our supplier customers residing in Brazil, will not receive a refund for buyer’s remorse. Further details from our supplier is below:
“Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.”
