All of our products are shipped to you via a secure, tracked shipping method. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country's laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive confirmation via email, and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

Shipping rates vary depending on size and weight of the item. In most cases the minimum cost will be as below for the following products: T-shirts, polo shirts, long sleeves, caps and some accessories.

Unclaimed Deliveries

Deliveries  that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the fulfilment centre. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

NEI.LDN only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
